Students in K5 through fifth grade get to experience lower school visual arts with Mrs. Good twice a week. Their time is spent exploring new materials and processes, learning about famous artists, and getting their hands messy making many beautiful masterpieces! Students will explore materials such as plaster, clay, felt, collage, and learn techniques in weaving, sewing, painting, origami, and so much more. Lower school art is here to foster the creativity children already have while tying in with the concepts and standards they are covering in their core classes in order to reinforce their knowledge.
