National Honor Society

The National Honor Society is one based on the four pillars of Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character. The standard to which we hold our members is best demonstrated by our motto, Noblesse Oblige, which loosely translated means “nobility obligates,” or in other words, “to whom much is given, much is expected.”

Students must have a 93 or higher cumulative GPA in the fall semester of their 10th, 11th, or 12th grade year to be invited. New members are inducted in the fall and seniors are recognized in the spring with an NHS stole to wear at graduation.
