From Headmaster Dan Dolan

At George Walton Academy, our promise to you is that every child will be exposed to world-class educational opportunities within a safe, welcoming and supportive community. From K4 to senior year, we create an environment that encourages students not only to discover their passions but to thrive in the pursuit of them.

Our academic programs are the heart of what we do, and they remain a founding commitment to our families that we’re proud to honor today. Alongside the core academic subjects, GWA also offers a wide array of enrichment activities that expose students to new perspectives and avenues of exploration. From designing and constructing working prototypes using our 3D printers to performing on stage at Carnegie Hall, student interests are never restricted to the four walls of a traditional classroom.

What really sets GWA apart, however, is that strong academics and co-curricular offerings are only the beginning. It’s about more than that. It’s about personal connections and relationships that build character, confidence and equip students for lives of meaning and purpose as well as long-term achievement. Here our faculty, staff, administrators and coaches are dedicated to helping all students reach their full potential.

I invite you to learn more about George Walton Academy. Take some time to explore our website, or better yet, come for a visit to our 60-acre campus in Monroe. We look forward to showing you the GWA difference firsthand.
